Justin Parrott M.D. is a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry he was born and raised in Texas. He completed undergraduate training at the University of Texas at Austin and graduate training in medicine at the University Texas at Houston medical school. He completed postgraduate training in psychiatry and child psychiatry in Houston. He lives in Abilene with his wife and three children.
