Job Description
The Therapist is responsible, in total, for the development, coordination, and daily application of the Treatment Programs. The Therapost works in tandem with physicians and nursing staff.
- Knowledge and experience working therapeutically with Adults, Adolescents, and Children specifically those in acute mental trauma;
- Knowledge and experience in carrying out therapeutic programming;
- Highly organized;
- Highly professional in demeanor, communication, and presentation;
- Effective communication skills – both written and oral;
- Ability to work as part of a team that includes other case managers, nursing staff and physicians;
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with external agencies and persons including referral channels and patient families;
- Demonstrates strong boundaries;
Required Experience
Lic Psychologist; Lic Masters Social Worker; Lic Marriage Family Counselor;
