David has worked in the hospitality industry for 35 years with over 15 years in executive leadership roles in a healthcare environment. He is a Certified Food & Beverage Executive and a professional chef. He takes a ‘hands on” approach working closely with his team to provide excellent patient care and customer service. David previously held the position of Director of Dietary Services at Hendrick Health System, Mesa Springs Retirement Center & Wisteria Place. He resides in Abilene, Texas with his wife and children.
